    RCR has a VERY tight register, and volume has been quite light for the past say.... 4 weeks. Unfortunately, new contracts announcements mean very little as the smart money knows what deals are going to be signed long before the announcement comes to market. IMHO its a solid hold for mid to long term.

    If youre a trader, its volatility is also great for making a couple of quick bucks if you can find the troughs.
