    The plan is to truck the direct shipping ore (stage 1). Trucking is high opex but low capex. The company would then build a conveyor for stage 2 (the conveyor belt is low opex but high capex).

    Cash flow funds from stage 1 will be used to fund the cost of the conveyor, thereby minimizing dilution and/or debt.

    Does anyone know where a conveyor of that length (40km or so) is already in use? Rio? BHP?
