Over the past 2 weeks, OZL has divested itself of most of it's NSW tenements and also agree to not renew the leases that is has not divested.
I can think of three reasons why OZL would want to do this:-
1. OZL has found something near P Hill and wants to concentrate all it's resources (people and drill rigs) in analysing and gathering more data before releasing to the market. OR
2. OZL is getting worried that the exploration effort around P Hill is not yet yielding anything and wants to ramp up the effort to find something.
3. OZL is cutting it's losses and stopping throwing good money after bad in it's NSW tenements.
What do others think?
