Perhaps they see the writing on the wall as far as the issues overseas go HT and they just want to streamline everything as much as possible.

Perhaps we really are in for the mother of all crashes and they are just taking the necessary precautions. We know how defensively minded they are.

Or maybe...juuust maybe, we've found something massive at PH and focus is going to be unnecessary anywhere else.
