Maybe, just perhaps, HEG are going to - in addition to an underwriting agreement with a broker for unexercised HEGOB - offer HEG holders (and HEGOB exercisers) a further rights issue at a discount to 25c, as the aggressive expansion plan HEG have been promoting is going to require more than the $20M they will have from HEGOB?
Personally I'd rather have a small piece of something big, than a bigger piece of something small.
