The no fly zone was a failure before it even started. What they needed was a no tank zone. The no fly zone immediately turned into a no troops zone, no anti air gun & missile zone, no tank zone and the real reason A NO GHADAFFI ZONE. ! The no fly zone was a stalking horse to immediately hit them hard. Putin uttering weasel words because he wanted Ghadaffi to win. Now he can do nothing. Thats how he will react if the show goes to Iran.
