I don't know what Oorain is refering to but it seems that many of the attacks are on tanks and Ghadaffi's HQ. This has got nothing to do with a no fly zone.
This is support for the rebels trying to overthrow Gaddafi.
There is no evidence that these rebels have majority support, are democratic or any more gentle than Gaddafi.
I suspect behind the scenes that the US has done a deal with a new potential dictator. Otherwise they would be spending billions on supporting a blind date.
