OK if Mgt are waiting for Opes to resolve it aint gonna happen before the SP reaches zero and no company, so why the wait unless 1. there is no good news and we were being duped all along? 2. they are waiting for the outcome of other litigation to see if they have a chance? 3.they are waiting for the ink to dry on a release from ANZ (LOL).
4. waiting for Vagif to come back and write the ann that DK could have written at any time?
I don't like any of the above does anyone have a good reason why they would wait?
