From the lowest level of citizens, to doctors surgeries, hospitals, Municipalities, State Governments Up to countries all scrambling over each other to panic buy PPE.
Because there is not enough to go around.
Production is ramping up everywhere so eventually there will be a surplus of the stuff.
We can rely on the old fashioned supply and demand.
Like we rely on the old fashioned quarantine and social isolation to limit the spread of the virus below a factor of one.
