Yes but Seneca don't have any shares to play with yet to do this game......so I hear you but not yet the reason I believe. I suggest knowing what is about to play out it is snouts in trough syndrome. Note Athan is just being rewarded for a gimmey, Seneca as nice upfront payment (hell I am going to use my shares to vote against them getting any) and Martin guaranteed nice 50m share bonus for his start up work provided he stays the full 2 years (hence the unusual condition he must remain for two years to receive his perfomrance shares imo).
