In case of LIS, IMO, it fits to 2 & 5.

look at my nuix zip and appen...

it rocketing back... it took 5 years...

lis hasnt finish anything...

also they need to build plant...

thats why sp is not going anywhere...

they need more contracts and government grants...

lis was $2 before it crash 90 percent
