    The heading of the announcement was not "Commercial Discovery". Mind you it wasn't duster either! Commercial Testing delayed on Shabeel 1 coupled with current market conditions was the clincher IMHO. This will look like a fantastic buying opportunity in the near future in lead up to Shabeel North spud.

    Why would HRN bother with 2nd drill if they thought there was no oil in the ground???

    Severe over reaction!
