But where's the evidence?

Naturally I'm more than a little sceptical of manipulation theories, given this is traded on two exchanges, all of the partners in said Puntland drill are massively down (including HRN, who trade on the TSX), and the FSA haven't been called in to investigate. You'd have thought with such a large international conspiracy as this would entail, someone, somewhere would have blown the whistle.

And of course, the problem that it's impossible to 'manipulate' securities which anyone can buy or sell, particularly those with high volume such as RRS and RMP.
