I'm not sure how far back your research goes, but back in around 2017 Mitsui was prepared to fund 20% of the BFS and funding for construction in exchange for an off take. At that stage, they knew less about the project and the term "green steel" was not known like it now. Therefore, it can happen at this end of the market and for this project.
As for what is currently being shown to JV partners, I would expect that there is some level of engagement with potential partners but I would not expect a deal until after the drill results.
