@treefeller - The difference between the "Executive Summary" that is released to shareholders and the market and the "Comprehensive Investor Memorandum" release to potential partners could actually have a lot more to do with ASX rules than management not wanting to disclose everything.
For example, I understand that the ASX rules only permit a company to release NPV/IRR numbers in certain circumstances. Therefore, that information may not be included in the Executive Summary but could be provided to potential partners who sign appropriate disclosure agreements etc.
