why this rally?

Any ideas on why this huge rally?

On the positive side, their land holdings are valued at multiples of the share price.

But reality is property markest are almost closed. Add Denis & Co. class action suit, many short sellers, upcoming conversion of GTPGA (less than a year), likely sales from those who accept the offer of tree farms, cattle stations etc for GTP shares.

Can't see why GTP is strong myself?

I hold GTPGA&GB only.
