The main reasons the share price has suffered recently IMO:
- inflation impacting costs which can't be passed through to customers immediately - will squeeze margins in the short/medium term
- concerns over European operations and growth in this market given the Ukraine conflict
- moderate debt levels in an environment of (predicted) increasing interest rates
Their FY ends May 2, I will be watching the results with interest to see if the concerns currently priced in are justified.
