how are BOQ being loyal to customers?
have you seen the new app reviews? please have a read...the only positive reviews are from staff members
Its very clear theuly havent done any integration for current customers onto new technology platforms
Their former CFO was good, but he saw the writing on the eall and bailed. Their ROE is terrible and nobody can piece together so many brands as they have and exoect their systems ans personnel to play nice.
it seems like the leadship made a series of awful decisions during the pandemic, probably lost their minds during lockdown.
well the chickens are coming home to roost - management are woeful. The analyst who had s field day eith the CEO about the banks ROE will be ready to launch when they oublish the results.
