It wouldn’t surprise me that this bloke who is forcing clients onto the internet will distant the bank from any responsibility for clients losses.
There was a case in the US a few years ago where a bank argued that the client was solely responsible because their anti virus wasn’t up to date.
This bloke hasn’t got a good track record when it comes to dealing with elderly clients including it’s own shareholders.
