Have been doing a bit of digging, CHP now seems very well involved into CMY with 31m shares invested and its management [Dykes and Dunlop] also holding 10m shares each besides also being on the CMY board.
But the most eye catching story is if you go on the CHP website [chapmansltd.com] where it gets very interesting.
If you go on the section of how we invest, you will see 3 categories : PLEASE READ VERY CAREFULLY WHAT CHP LOOKS FOR WHEN INVESTING.
1. Direct investment
2. Incorporation or acquisition
3. Short term opportunistic
One must notice that past investments by CHP have been very successful and they would have not invested in CMY unless they have already something behind the scenes, it is only a matter of time to find out what it will be but if it is something as exciting as their past investments, one can start also getting exciting for CMY.
Also interested to read is the rest of CHP website, this company seems very switched on.
Have been doing a bit of digging, CHP now seems very well...
