Letter to Shareholders- MEMS Project Update
Our ongoing development, in partnership with the University of Western Australia ("UWA") regarding the development of an Optical Sensor for the Micro Electro Mechanical Systems ("MEMS") market has begun to garner interest both locally and overseas.

The attached power point presentation is intended to previde further detail about the industry, its multi-billion dollar marketplace and further background. The MEMS project is very technical, and its size and nature are more readily known to those who have day to day involvement with it.
What is being developed in partnership by the team at UWA and Panorama Synergy, is an optical detection system for MEMS devices.
To position this innovation, a basic explanation of MEMS is required. lt isthe integration of mechanical elements, sensors, actuators, and electronics to build a machine so small it can only be seen under a microscope. These machines operate today in a very wide variety of industries, in fact, ali shareholders are in contact with them in most aspects of your life.
For our purposes, MEMS machines measure and detect things too small to be measured any other way. They can be used to detect explosives at an airport, the presence of certain types of cancer from your breath, they are responsible for detecting rain on your windshield that turns on automatic wipers, they detect movement which is why your smart phone always knows which way is up, they detect speed changes that deploy the airbags in your car, and there are thousands of other applications involving MEMS.
lt follows that having detected something- that measurement- then needs to be "read". Today, that is done by another MEMS device that is attached electronically. The scientists at UWA are developing an Optical readout system that is able to measure much smaller readouts, in other

word, make the MEMS device much

lt also will be able to read many MEMS devices simultaneously, numbering in the hundreds, as opposed to today's technology that can measure less than ten. lmagine hundreds of MEMS devices in your phone that give you a complete medicai whenever you use the phone and you get the idea. The lack of electrical current also makes it safer where it is being deployed in the detection of explosives or dangerous gases.

We have lodged patents in the US and other countries and UWA has received a grant from the Australian Research Council to fund this project, which is expected to take less than two years to complete.

Today Gino Putrino, from the University of Western Australia is presenting, as one of only four chosen presenters of innovations in MEMS at the Global MEMS lndustry Group Congress being held in California, USA.

The presentation (a copy of which is attached) will showcase an optical sensor for existing micro-cantilever technology, which enables biologica! and chemical sensing with unprecedented sensitivity.

Thank you for being a shareholder of Panorama Synergy Ltd and l look forward to keeping you updated as we enter this multi-billion dollar market.

    Yours Sincerely,

    TenyWalsh

    Managing Director
