Agree..........the fact that someone needs to paid something and potential requirement for drill money is pointing to CR possibilities in the near term This uncertainty as well as what shooska has said "to me the uncertainty around the $750k USD payment, and the balance sheet with/without that payment listed is what is holding this price down, appears to be the reasons behiond the lack of excitement after todays ann.

What these extra costs are is beyond me and hope that we can see some transparency regarding this in the near future
