A very good assessment the switch from Phillipines to Chile looks like a precursor to now the emphasis being shifted to Teutonic. They could clear the air by just releasing the numbers from Chile. I know these sort of comments upset a couple of people here but there has to be two sides to every story. A company with so few dollars should just stick to one project at a time .
