why to raise 15 m?

It's really odd and extremely unfair that the zrl management is trying to raise 15 M (or perhaps underwritten 10 M (LinQ 6 M + Pattos 4 M) at .01 C. Why not raise 1-2 M just to get going until EIS and partially repaying debt and then raise further after EIS potentially at 0.4-0.6 cent. Company has virtually killed any hope for existing share holders to recover money who bought in at 2-4 cent levels. The proposed raising sounds ok for instos or Pattos who will potentially dumb all at 0.2 C. They know that retail investors will not be able to participate. What they are going to do with 10M if EIS does not get through?
