Well that's not strictly true because Nick Curtis and Tracy W have given us fair warning...

Well I am sure AELB have learned that lesson. However, that is not my point - I'm certain the AELB have made the decision and are only waiting to hear back from the government to name the day. It's Najib's decision, no doubt. The AELB will get the phone call and call Lynas immediately. No opportunity exists for leaks, certainly not for over a week. Paperwork will already be done - the TOL is already written up and by now the 2 new conditions will have been added to it. I doubt if there will even be an hour to trade off leaks at best and I doubt even that, I think it will be zero because it's just a question of receiving a phone call and passing on the news to Lynas.
Or to look at it another way, essentially NC has leaked it and we're trading off it now.
