Politically he needs to turn it into a non-issue and he can only do that by issuing TOL now and giving himself enough time before the election to prove LAMP safe and for his electorate to have more important things relevant to their lives to base their votes on. Delay TOL now and he makes anti-lynas groups and the opposition look like they backed a winner and he ensures the noise continues for another 8 or 9 months and guarantees a significant vote against his re-election by those ignorant enough to be manipulated by the lies.
The Wilson's report is total bollox and should be disregarded. I would be impressed by any broker report from those who participated in the teleconference.
