Harmony Bull..TOL decision is not a clear cut business decision based on fact. If it were it would have been issued back in Feb when AELB gave approval. It has been politicised and is now a politically based decision. Najib has had the backing of the muslim clerics to this point. Why would he want to alienate them with a decision which may be seen by them as using the Muslim holy month as political advantage. This is certainly figuring in Najib's decision making process.
