Ramadan is like xmas day, NYE, easter and Grand Final weekend drawn out over 4 weeks - or like the month of August in Europe- nothing gets done
If Najib was to pull off a sneaky TOL manouver under the protection of Ramadan, he would have done it the day before Ramadan to give everyone 4 weeks to forget about it.
It would be clumsy and distasteful to announce it halfway through..
