What do companies do to keep share prices up? I am confused and suspicious in regards to AXM.
The had a share offering at $0.04 with an options attached… This offering was under-subscribed…
Immediately following the stock began trading closer to $0.05 and more recently $0.042 +.
How given the offering was undersubscribed is the stock now trading at a premium?
- perhaps directors high ownership gives investors some confidence but has to be more to it, they had high shareholding b4 and investors didnt take up the offer.
Confused…
Thanks
