    The whole essay is predicated on the supposition and fear that China will be someone who is a world power and weilds that power badly

    there’s no evidence of that. Just look at the map of foreign military bases of America- and we see what they did

    there’s merely fear of China being the same or worse

    a very long history suggests that they are traders, not warmongers
