    18 million market cap v 2 million in cash.TSN will need a CR as a matter of urgency creating further dilution i'd say.
    On top of that the ATM market in India is highly competative and TSN India will struggle.
    The stock is fair value around half a cent based on this at most.
    IMO it will halve in the near term.
