Potshot - please don't come on here merely to down ramp. Comments around needing to to a cap raise because the company has an EV of $16m is quite frankly an uneducated statement.
The simple reality is that TSN has a 25% interest in TSI (which has been backed by CX Partners to roll out the ATM piece in India) so the $2m in our bank is for our own operational expenses. These expenses have been trimmed beautifully and the only reason we would need to do a cap raise is if we were acquiring a complementary business.
Please support your comments with research as opposed to merely trying to en flame the thread with uneducated and unsubstantiated retric.
