my main concerns are:
1. high cash burn rate, $45m-50m per annum
(currently net cash position could be 29c/sp)
2. legal action may take months or longer?
3. instos selling preasure after being kicked out ASX200
Taking current market conditions and coal section performance, WEC would be attractive if trading at 19 - 25c.
