    Great post Inquisitor, accaeric is missing some important points. Looks like there's some big loopholes in short reporting...

    iMO Tabang will be long forgotten in as little as a year and WEC will be north of $1. Great buy at these prices and could well get a lift short term if they announce a buyback -which is very likely IMO.
