why us deal affects australian assets of cnp

    Why US deal affects Australian assets of CNP? Likewise why this deal affects CER's US interests?

    I still do not understand why announcement says CNP will be finally worth 100m and that will be distributed to share holders? What about their Australian Centro Property portfolio?

    Another question is CNP deal in US was with regard to Property assets ... what about CER retail side.

    Does this deal have to be before CNP and CER share holders?
    I am holding both and my vote will be NO.... if I manage not to sell them.
