    Here's my 2c:

    CLC sign off by the end of this month or sooner.
    Mining licence by the end of November resulting in a SP rise to around 25c.

    Also, the 625,000 sell order and probably a bunch of others to get pulled as the SP moves up.

    Plenty of accumulating being done and I'm one of them.
