Unfortunately C, OZ funds are obliged by prudential guidance - which must factor the JORC. Thus their holdings would be subject to a ratio of the risk ratio of high growth segments - if they choose. After GFC that's Sweet Fanny Adams while Vanguard can base their spreads on the Fanny May guidence = higher riches go off shore.
