He said a lot of the shareholders were concerned about how they measure the underlying performance after the merger and the lack of transparency around this and hopefully todays ann can go a long way to allay shareholder concerns. He didn't touch on any dividend increase though. I think it seemed like a bit of damage control but it's still falling. This looks way overdone.
