I have been trading in and out of Voc for sometime. Had sold out earlier this month hoping to buy in after the AGM. A number of investors were holding off purchases until after the AGM to get clarity on the business performance (based on their comments on business channel). The sell off today represents an opportunity for those on the sidelines to get in. I bought a truckload today. The trading after close (share price increasing by 16c) suggests there are some deep pocketed patient investors. Good momentum at close.
Pe multiple of 13-14 times based on forecasts that includes only 8 months contribution from nextgen implies actual multiple is lower. Initial comments from fund managers still positive on the company
