    This also sends a strong signal to the banks - that if they think they can hoodwink shareholders and pull the wool over their eyes with laughable, suffocating D4E swaps and offers, the shareholders will rise up and turn against them (even if it means that the shareholders loose out themselves).

    They will think twice before the next time they propose ridiculous financial offers.
