why vote against it, page-5

I voted against it - I'm prepared to take my chances.
My vote today against the resolutions was based more on my principles that the BNB management should no longer be in the position of power and that they borrowed $100 for each note, not 10c. They obviously believed it was a quick way to wipe $600mill+ of debt off their books and pay back only a few million - a good deal if they could have pulled it off. Who knows if they have or not yet.

I'll sit and wait for the administrators to sift through the dealings of BNB and hopefully hold the losers that run the company accountable, and at a stretch, possibly hope for a slightly better return than 10c per AUD100 note.

A vote for the resolutions was a vote of confidence and support in the management and the bankers!!!
