    If the Board recommends that shareholders vote for the resolution to allow the Board to sell Tampakan, why doesn't the Baord give an indication of what would be an acceptable price? My concern is that if I vote "yes" the Board might flog the asset for a much lower figure than $1.28, and then claim the authority to do so.
