The parole board in Victoria should be sacked.

More jails also need to be built in that State. Judges need there heads screwed on right to protect citizens not the culprit

Victoria is the garden State because after each murder by someone on parole flowers come onstraem very quickly for the victims.

Lets start with a few bluders of late:
1. Apex gang - soft or no sentences and Vic people feel unsafe. Why they are not deported amazes me. People need to start kicking the Adminstrative Tribunal, judges, politicians between the legs when a crime is committed by one of these thugs on parole or on bail..
2. Killer of Jane Meagher _ why was he on parole.
3. The killer in Burke St - why was he on bail
4 The killer of two days ago - why was he on parole.

Many more examples for Victoria (and Australia). The law system in Australia, particularly in Victoria, remains a disgrace with too many soft morons on the parole board (and politicians) and pathetic judges falling for the perpetrator been the victim argument. Add to this the unwillingness to build more jails, and as our population rises the bar of what gets you to prison is raised. The way we are heading soon we will not jail rapists or give them even softer sentences because bed space in jails will be at a premium and the only rooms available are for murders and those who commit white collar crime (quite disgraceful when jail terms in Australia seem to be bigger for white collar theft than manslaughter for example or even rape).
