    A few days ago I started this thread on mental health in Victoria. The Victorian Mental Health system is a disgrace. they closed their institutional facility, and the only mental health services are provided in a overnight mental health services in a psychiatric ward of a general hospital meaning they are released back into the community relatively quickly.
