The parole board should be sacked

The requirements for the parole board should be changed

Vic Parole board --- The Board consists of judges, magistrates and community members.

I would suggest that the Board has very few Judges or Magistrates on it but would mostly be composed of "community members"

Who gives up time to sit on boards ?
I suggest that they are 90% people who want to contribute BUT what is their life experience ? what is there connection with the criminal world ?? IE do they have any knowledge of how the criminal world works

It appears that anyone of good character and a clean history can apply to be on the board.

I would think that many of them are totally ill-equipped for the job and would be more suited to running the school tuck shop
