He was out on parole because our Legal system is out of control.
Lawyers and Judges think they are above the law.
Separation of powers in Australia divides the government into legislative, executive and judicial.
Unfortunately the judicial arm has become rogue!! It interprets legislation contrary to the spirit and written intention of the legislative and executive arms of the government.

Prime example is MABO. A narrow judgement for some islands off the north Qld coast has now been enshrined as Native Title law in mainland Australia. But no government has the guts to challenge this interpretation of the judicial system.

And we are witnessing now - with fatal results - a refusal of the judicial system to recognize the power of our Immigration Minister to deport migrants who are an offense to our values. Criminals who should be deported are welcomed by our judicial system.
Time to revisit the separation of powers and bring it crying and kicking into the 21st century before sharia law takes over.
