why was Jesus obsessed with forgiving sins?, page-4

What Jesus wanted was to reduce sin. Judging people calling or thinking they are low life is a sin. Jesus and others believed you should love some one regardless of their deeds. It is hard to say if that policy would make the world better or not, probably in some cases yes in others no. In the social system and values of that time it would probably have some effectiveness with in their communities
Sinners are punished by God, Christians shouldnt be proud of there goodness or sin.
What would the Buddha's attitude to sinners, criminals etc... be?
