How joyful are those whose lawless acts are forgiven
and whose sins are covered!

the Lord will never charge with sin.
I am sorry I just cant get my head around the first paragraph, the above is easy. Wouldnt you be happy if you got away with murder? It is a rare thing for the lord to leave a sin unpunished, so those who escape punishment are indeed happy.
