Most stocks that needed extra funding last year all got hammered. Most Stocks in the small cap of 25 cents and higher stocks plummeted to 4-5 cents. CCC was one of these. When there are now 3 producing mines with the forth one coming on this year which I suspect it should only take 4-5 months to produced near surface coal, by the end of the year there will be 4 producing coal mines.
Remember there are several bidders in the pipe line currently. None of whom have started buying CCC stock yet. I wonder what will happen to CCC share price if anyone of them start buying. In my opinion watch out for the all time highs in this stock in later 2013. I suspect the JV partner will be taking between a 30-50% position or potentially buying all of the South African assets & reading between the lines with end of year 2012 celebrations I am picking the JV partner is going to be Indian because no board room decisions are made over this period of celebrations. Rock on February and March 2013.
