wow, if this isn't a breach of disclosure I'm not sure what is. First they decide not to disclose they are being sued in the Fed court, and now this. They have a major transformation project using huge capital expenditure get canned and they stay quiet again.
This goes to show how underhanded the Australian Securities Exchange is. Share holders of the ASX and all ASX listed companies deserve better.
The ASX is opaque as they come.
